Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States and Mexico. If your address is outside these destinations, please contact us before ordering so we can advise you.

The following shipping options are available at checkout:

• Standard Shipping: $5.00 per order.
• Expedited Shipping: $12.00 per order.

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay and are added to your order total.

We prepare orders as quickly as we can. Processing time is separate from the delivery estimates below and may vary with order volume. We send tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Estimated delivery times after an order ships:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or remote destinations.

Once your order ships, we provide a tracking number. You can track your order anytime from our Track Order page using your order number, or from your account if you placed the order while signed in.

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address you provide. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows it was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact us as soon as possible. For damaged items, include your order number and a photo of the damage so we can resolve it quickly.
